Ans1: He is not letting to survive Robert on his own because Robert could not get out of the jungle by his own, if he plans to get out of the jungle so it will take months and could die because of starving.So writer had given someone to help him to survive. Ans2: It makes him/her selfish because a lonely do not have Any friends or any one so what ever they get to eat or Play something they eat by there own or play and Not give things to others.it makes a habit. Ans3: Yes I agree it because while surviving we can get Food from tree like coconut so we have to climb on It and there are some people who can't climb so they try Again and again and finally do it so they do things like this And are totally practiced.

ans2He has to work for his own sake because there is no one accept him he does not have a chance to help others so he would become a selfish one .Solitude makes a person living to him self .Due to loneliness a person develop a habit to do every thing and to help just for himself .He does not know how to help other fellows and how to work and interact with companions. Unless a person gets some help it’s very difficult to find food, shelter and protection from wild animals. Ans2) In my opinion a person gets quite selfish when he is alone because when he is alone he gets habitual of using his things alone, and doing all his work alone so in that case if he is asked to share something with somebody so he becomes selfish. On the other hand a person gets very few happiness or relaxation when he is alone so if some how he gets these things he becomes selfish.
